In order to provide Italian companies in sectors covering technologies, raw materials and semi-finished goods for the production of bread, pastry, pizza and pasta an opportunity for commercial penetration into the huge and growing Middle East market, VeronaFiere in collaboration with EGM is organising SIAB Egypt 2009 during Hace - The International Hotel Supplies Exhibition.

The event aims to promote SIAB among local buyers who, in relation to the structure and evolution of the market in this area, are potentially very interesting clients for our future exhibitors.

The exhibition will be held in Cairo, with the patronage of the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism, since the city is considered to the nerve centre of the global business linked with the resort and hotel sector in the Middle East.
The timing of the event is perfectly calculated on the basis of the needs of the Egyptian market that precisely in November plans its annual budgets in the tourism sector.
Hace will host a sector named “Bakery Tec”, similar to SIAB, where companies producing machinery for the production of bread, pastry and ice cream will exhibit.
