SIAB has always paid close attention to the needs of its clients and has responded positively to market requests to move the event to 2014, a decision taken in agreement with companies in the sector and with whom the future dates for the event will be defined in coming weeks.
Siab will in any case continue to support exhibitors throughout 2013
by strengthening international activities and providing anti-recession solutions on two fast-growing markets for technologies in bakery and related fields showing considerble interest in Italian products:
Russia and
Brazil.
Thanks to a partnership agreement signed with the Russian Association of Bakers and Pastry Chefs and the Conoscere Eurasia Association, Siab in April this year will accompany a group of Italian companies to Moscow, while June will be the turn for São Paulo in Brazil where for some years Siab has been closely involved with the Fispal Food Service show.
