BREAD "IN PIAZZA" DAY
Organising Partner: As.Pan. Verona Bakery AssociationDemonstrations and bread workshops in Piazza Bra, Verona, alongside SIAB in collaboration with local Bakery Associations. The splendid scenario of Piazza Bra, in the historic centre of the city, sees VeronaFiere - in collaboration with several local bakery associations - present the “Bread 'In Piazza' Day”. SIAB and the City of Verona will host an event of great appeal, with demonstrations and bread workshops offering visitors the chance to learn about and taste traditional flavours and various bread specialities.
An ideal opportunity to focus the attention of consumers and media on the central role of bread in a modern diet, its important nutritional and health properties and adaptability to all preferences thanks to a truly huge variety of types and flavours.
