RICHEMONT IN THE WORLD - Tradition and Innovation
RICHEMONT Club Italia, a subsidiary of the prestigious RICHEMONT School for bread-pastry-confectionery in Lucerne, has chosen SIAB as the ideal place for a number of events targeting is members and the category as a whole.Among others, the Exhibition will host the "Richemont Trophy Under 20 – 2nd Luciano Mignami Memorial".
This event for students of Italian Bakery Schools involves a select number of participants called upon to demonstrate their skills in the three workshops set up in Verona.
SIAB will also host “Richemont in the World – Tradition and Innovation”: workshops will become an exceptional stage-setting for members of Richemont International preparing bread and Vienneserie: tiny masterpieces that will be displayed afterwards at the Exhibition.
